Cooking Instructions
1. Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
2. Stir in the rice. Add salt to taste.
3. Return to the boil and stir the rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully drain the rice in a sieve.
5. Before serving, fluff the rice using a fork.
