La Vivrière Araw (Rolled millet flour) 350 g: Suggested recipe "Fonde" ingredients for 6 peoples 350 Arow Fondé WIIW 2 litres of water 1 pinch of salt Sugar-vanilla Youghurt of fresh milk or fruit juice  1/8 nutmeg Preparation Bring the water to boil in a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt Sprinkle in the ARAW FONDE WIIW granules whilst stirring gently to preven lumps from foarming Simmer gently,stirring occasionally, until the Fondé is perfectly cooked Take the saucepan off th stove and  pour the cooked "Fonde" into a bowl (The Fondé is cooked when an Araw granule taken from the saucepan can be crushed without leaving a white mark). Sweeten and flavoour to taste Next add the yoghurt, milk or fruit juice and save. Have a nice meal!
