Seller Guide – Register & Add Products (TropicMarket.nl)

1. Register as a seller

Go to TropicMarket.nl.
Click on "BECOME A SELLER" in the menu.
Choose "Seller Account" and fill in your details (company name, email, password, address, phone).
Click "Register".
Confirm your registration via the email link.
Log in via the same button.

2. Add products

Log in and open your seller dashboard.
In the menu, click "Products".
Click "Add Product".
Enter the product details:
- Product name
- SKU (unique product code)
- Description
- Category
- Price and stock
- Upload product photos (high quality)
Click "Save" and ensure the product is active/visible.

Unlike platforms such as Bol.com, Amazon, and other marketplaces, Tropicmarkt works exclusively with sellers who offer their own unique products. This means it is not allowed for multiple sellers to list the same product using the same images, EAN code, title, or description.

We call this approach social and fair competition — a system designed to help our sellers grow in a transparent and ethical way.
In other words, each seller has exclusive rights to their own product listings on our platform.

Listing the same product under a different EAN code is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in the removal of the product, and if repeated three times, may lead to the suspension of your account.

3. Manage orders

Go to "Orders" in your dashboard.
View customer details and products.
Process the order and update the shipping status.

Handleiding voor verkopers – Registratie & Producten toevoegen (TropicMarket.nl)

1. Registreren als verkoper

Ga naar TropicMarket.nl.
Klik in het menu op "BECOME A SELLER".
Kies voor "Seller Account" en vul je gegevens in (bedrijfsnaam, e-mail, wachtwoord, adres, telefoonnummer).
Klik op "Register".
Bevestig je registratie via de e-mail.
Log daarna in via dezelfde knop.

2. Producten toevoegen

Log in en ga naar je verkopersdashboard.
Klik in het menu op "Products".
Klik op "Add Product".
Vul de productdetails in:
- Productnaam
- SKU (unieke productcode)
- Beschrijving
- Categorie
- Prijs en voorraad
- Foto’s uploaden (hoge kwaliteit)
Klik op "Save" en zorg dat het product actief/zichtbaar staat.

In tegenstelling tot platforms zoals Bol.com, Amazon en andere marktplaatsen, werkt Tropicmarkt met verkopers die uitsluitend hun eigen producten verkopen. Het is dus niet toegestaan dat meerdere verkopers hetzelfde product aanbieden met dezelfde foto's, EAN-code, titel en omschrijving.

Wij noemen dit sociale en eerlijke concurrentie – een systeem dat onze verkopers helpt om op een transparante manier te groeien.
Met andere woorden: elke verkoper heeft exclusief zijn eigen producten op ons platform.

Het is niet toegestaan om dezelfde producten aan te bieden onder een andere EAN-code. Dergelijke praktijken kunnen leiden tot het verwijderen van producten en – bij herhaling tot drie keer – het blokkeren van uw account.

3. Bestellingen beheren

Ga naar "Orders" in je dashboard.
Bekijk de klantgegevens en producten.
Verwerk de bestelling en werk de verzendstatus bij.
