La Vivrière Araw (Rolled millet flour) 350 g: Suggested recipe "Fonde" ingredients for 6 peoples

  • 350 Arow Fondé WIIW
  • 2 litres of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Sugar-vanilla
  • Youghurt of fresh milk or fruit juice 
  • 1/8 nutmeg

Preparation

  • Bring the water to boil in a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt
  • Sprinkle in the ARAW FONDE WIIW granules whilst stirring gently to preven lumps from foarming
  • Simmer gently,stirring occasionally, until the Fondé is perfectly cooked
  • Take the saucepan off th stove and  pour the cooked "Fonde" into a bowl

(The Fondé is cooked when an Araw granule taken from the saucepan can be crushed without leaving a white mark).

  • Sweeten and flavoour to taste
  • Next add the yoghurt, milk or fruit juice and save.
